Pros

Relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Great people to work with at every level. Flexible and courteous in regards to a work life balance. Challenging daily but seldomly overwhelming.

Cons

Poor communication between different departments. Salary discrepancy between new hires and veterans. Salaries should be more competitive with similar jobs in the region.

Pros

Beeline provides and excellent work/life balance. The company makes alot of effort to communicate with employees. The compensation is fair for the work my job entails. The Beeline system is by far the best MSP tool I've ever worked used. Overall, this is one of the better companies I've worked for.

Cons

There is no discernable career path. The performance reivew/goal setting process needs improvement. Individual performance goals are straight out of the "cookie cutter" and are too vague to be relevant to an employee's skill level and career aspirations.
