Beeline is the only place I have worked where there is a truly genuine company culture that is positive, reflective, humble, and that embraces a growth mindset. It's not just lip service, they really do walk the walk. This company prioritizes more than just the hustle or the bottom line. I have been pleasantly surprised at every turn to find that there is a deep dedication to supporting all of us in showing up the best way we can to our work so that we can be proud of what we do, while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance. If there were any questions before, the overall company response to the current pandemic makes that very clear. Beeline really seems to understand that treating it's employees as stakeholder#1 results in happier people, who are willing and able to innovate and stay committed to helping the business grow. Hardworking teams, extremely solid leadership, and real relationships both internally and with our clients absolutely set us apart. I have worked with and for both small start ups, and large corporations, and I have found working at Beeline to be a very unique and rewarding experience thus far.
