      Pros

      Customer-focused business culture where the customer is "anyone who isn't me." Company has vision and highly motivated employees empowered to achieve it. Teamwork here is exceptional.

      Cons

      There are no real negatives of note, unless you don't like working in a fast-moving environment, or you're not interested in shouldering responsibility.

      Company principles are real!

      Pros

      True team atmosphere where the company principles are a vital component. Very little politics and lots of bright, motivated people who want to do the right thing for their clients and the company. Most people view as a career and home and not just a job. Low turnover. More transparent than most companies. Maintaining and investing in the culture is a passion.

      Cons

      Pay scale for certain roles can be lower than some industry peers. Benefits are average.
