      The company has a great culture. Great people and pretty good work/life balance.

      Cons

      There wasn't a great training program in place and you somewhat have to learn under the pressure.

      Pros

      Work Life Balance is truly respected, Beeline works hard to keep their clients happy. The people here are very good to work with.

      Cons

      The biggest problem is the lack of transparency, but I think this is more by habit. If you ask, people will share a lot of information with you, but sometimes you have to ask.

      Pros

      Beeline makes great efforts to be inclusive and team-oriented. Company, team, and individual accomplishments are communicated via email to the entire organization, and many people "reply all" with their congratulations. If you are not customer-facing, the dress code is jeans. The company subsidizes smoking cessation, weight-loss programs, and fitness center memberships. I see a lot of promoting from within at the larger organization.

      Cons

      Departments and subsidiaries that are not part of them mainstream business tend to be marginalized. This comes across in various ways, from barely a mention at organization-wide events to an absence of marketing support. This has had a direct impact on revenue as well as team spirit at the subsidiary.
