Pros

I have been part of the Beeline team for 7+ years and could not imagine another organization I would rather belong to. The people are passionate and bright and leadership is progressive, accessible, above-and-beyond supportive, and ‘human’. An authentic customer centric culture (customer being ‘anyone who isn’t me’) is embodied across all levels of the organization where employees truly care about clients, partners, suppliers and each other.

- Benefits/Salary package - CWS niche market and they are industry leaders and there aren't many competitors - Training material, there is plenty available

Cons

- Lacking management and the support does not exist - You struggle to get support from any of the team as they are always busy
