      Used to be a great place to work....until Adecco

      Pros

      Management is friendly and takes time to get to know the employees on a first name basis. They used to work to make it feel like a family there. Until Adecco...

      Cons

      Pay is only okay but it used to be that the culture there more than made up for it. Not so much anymore. Adecco--the parent company required them to go through and terminate employees with little to no understanding of some of the departments workings or needs. Now you are left with people who are afraid to be noticed...afraid to speak up...afraid to make any mistake at all or else they will be the next out the door.

      Provides opportunity to excell, great working environment with commitment to integrity; Product is state-of-the-art and leading edge; Positioned well for international growth - essential in downturned economies in Europe and USA.

      Cons

      As the company grows, it needs to shed outdated organizational structures that create needless stovepipes and duplication of effort; Training was difficult to engage due to workload; Promotions focused on seniority over accomplishment/skills.
