Pros
You will not find better ABA training at any other center in the area, or even in Indiana. The training that BACA provides to their therapists is not only in-depth, but continual throughout your employment. They truly understand the importance of proper training which makes you feel more comfortable while providing therapy. Truly cares about the field of ABA and providing quality services, and not just all about the money. Training Specialists ensure every employee is up to date on client programs and are always willing to help out when needed.
Cons
Low end of pay for RBTs with little opportunity for growth within the company. This is a great place to start out, but not if you're planning on staying long term due to low pay.
