Bought out by a provider-has changed the center completely; makes this harder for employees to find resources through the company and superiors within the center are usually unsure of where to find these resources
NO paid holidays, unless you use YOUR PTO. This includes call-ins and doctor's appointments
They expect you to work at home by attending zoom meetings after the work day (you get paid, but it's irritating to get home and have to log into a zoom call that could've been an email)
Not enough pay for the amount of work expected of the technicians
Schedule is never the same, staff are thrown around constantly and are just told to deal with it
Even when I spoke up, I never got the support that I needed. Instead I got lectured and recommended to take a leave of absence. Create boundaries with BACA if you decide to work here. They will take advantage of you, your kindness, your flexibility, any ounce of empathy. They will walk all over you.
