Pros

-benefits sound get have yet to actual experience them

Cons

-long hiring and training process. Training is broken down into two phases. Office training which it 40 hours and then field trains in which you need to pass a competency. There is no shadowing you are just thrown in. From which you quickly learn there are tech who do things to the T and then there are some who “freestyle.” -Haven’t met or made contact with any managers or supervisors -pay is great but very little hours. -hours are also not consistent/guaranteed

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. Our company strives to create a welcoming and positive work environment and take all input from our team with serious regard. It’s a priority for us that our team members feel safe, comfortable and supported. Behavior Frontiers has strict policies in place to ensure professionalism in the workplace and investigate all matters promptly – employees are encouraged to report incidents to supervisors or HR. Feedback from our team is essential and is used to look at current policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment to all team members. Moreover, training is continuously provided for all staff to properly implement and follow policies and procedures. Communication is essential for a healthy work environment and as a result we improve our communication channels and training with the feedback received. It's important that team members feel supported and welcomed into a new environment. Our staff works endlessly to provide a flexible schedule within the availability provided. Communication channels are provided to team members early on in training so they’re aware of who they can reach out to for support. Scheduling has available lines to reach client service coordinator, and managers, so that team members can update availability and make requests. Overall, we work together to provide an environment that allows our team to grow and thrive alongside our kiddos and families. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
