Thank you for your review. We take all feedback seriously and strive to create a positive and professional work environment for all of our employees. We have strict policies in place regarding professionalism in the workplace, and our staff members are held accountable to these. Furthermore, harassment of any kind is not tolerated in our organization. We encourage all employees to report these incidents to HR or their supervisor, so that we can respond promptly. BF strives to create a safe and welcoming work environment, and this is a priority to us. We also understand that communication is essential for a productive workplace and we continuously examine our policies, processes, and training to ensure that our staff are communicating effectively. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for taking the time to leave review for us. We’re glad that you found a rewarding feeling working with our kiddos. We appreciate all the time and effort our team members devote to working with our families. We understand that there may be a feeling of burnout, which is common throughout the industry. Our goal is to make sure all our employees feel appreciated and moreover supported. Our employees receive benefits like access to free mental-healthcare services and sick-time, which we highly encourage everyone to part-take in, if needed. In addition, compensation includes a bonus program which allows for rate increases to be attainable for our Behavior Technician positions. We thank you for your time working with us and wish you the best in future endeavors.
