Thank you for your feedback. ABA is truly a rewarding field that allows you to help children reach their goals while creating a meaningful connection with them and their families. We’re happy that you bonded with and helped some of our wonderful kids during your time with us. Concerns regarding staff support and client care are a serious matter to which we promptly address and resolve. We encourage team members to raise concerns and contact appropriate management or our HR department for assistance. The feedback and suggestions we receive help us improve communication and collaboration amongst our team to create an inclusive and welcoming environment in our community. While the position includes in-home services, our clinical and operational teams are always available to assist. For instance, our Client Service Department can assist Behavior Technicians if they need to update their availability or service location. Schedulers will use updated information to adjust a caseload and make necessary changes. Overall, communication with BTs helps us address and resolve challenges, and the feedback we receive helps us bridge any gaps. We appreciate your contributions during your time with us and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Our team’s feedback is always taken into consideration when evaluating our systems and processes to create a system that works for our management team and staff. For example, weekly communication is sent to team members to provide a space to ask questions, make suggestions, or raise concerns. Department managers receive this feedback and work on resolving any issues promptly. Communication initiatives have helped us strengthen our community and provide an environment where our team members feel heard, supported, and equipped to succeed. Furthermore, we’re working on expanding our community of talented and dedicated supervisors to continue supporting our BTs in the field. The field of ABA requires dedication, commitment, and patience. Equally so is the importance of a work-life balance; we encourage our team members to take advantage of the perks and benefits that we provide. Our team members receive benefits such as time off, free access to telehealth and mental health services, employee assistance programs, discounts on entertainment, travel, and more, which are available to them regardless of full-time or part-time status. We appreciate your help with our families, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We’re happy you’re having a positive experience with our team and are receiving responsive support. Your work with our families in the Los Angeles area is appreciated. Our client service department uses factors such as location and Behavior Technician availability to provide a caseload that best works for you and your clients. BTs are eligible for mileage and drive-time reimbursement depending on the caseload size and commute on a given day. If team members are not receiving reimbursements, we encourage all to communicate with our client service department to review the assigned caseload and eligibility. Your continued support for our families is appreciated, and we look forward to helping resolve and clarify any concerns.
