      Thank you for your input! We are thrilled to hear you felt supported by your directors and that you were well-paid for your work! Our managers love to groom the next generation of behavior analysts, and have a strong desire to see others grow in our field! Commutes between clients are a part of working at most any ABA agency, particularly if working in-home. We are working hard in several regions to offer clinic-based services soon (once it's safe for all), which will allow us to reduce drive time for Behavior Technicians and our managers, as well. We wish you only the best in your future!

      Pros

      Although you’re with the clients by yourself, colleagues and supervisors are always there to support you and provide extra training when you need it.

      Cons

      Pay is low and sometimes they assign you to cases that are 30 miles away from your home and don’t pay you to drive to the clients’ homes.

      Thank you for your honest feedback! We are so happy that you recognize our annual performance evaluations and increased compensation, opportunities for career growth and paid training! As you mention, our Case Managers and Supervisors are wonderful - very supportive and always willing to offer their time and guidance to help grow a staff member in their career. While full-time hours aren't guaranteed, we are continually looking at ways to increase full-time options for our staff, including expanding our service delivery to include Clinic-based services in some regions, and Early Start services in others regions, as well. Please continue to check in with your Director regarding your desire to become full-time! We will continue to do all we can to help you get there! Thank you for being a part of our stellar team!
