The pay and benefits were really good and there is a friendly working environment

Cons

Getting hours is extremely difficult. Corporate offices and local management are either incompetent or combative. Center director has questionable ethics

Cons

High turn over, lack of support or feedback. Leadership makes knee jerk reactions regarding client services resulting in angry parents. No knowledge of local payor requirements.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s great that you experienced the flexibility of our schedules and were rewarded for your commitment to our clients. We work with candidates and create a schedule catering to team member’s availability and client needs. Our candidates are students with a busy class schedule or individuals with other jobs looking to become involved in ABA. Apart from the flexibility, benefits are also provided to all our team part-time and full-time – team members receive 401k plans, free telehealth/mental health services, exclusive discounts, tuition discounts, and more. We understand the need for support and have designated departments to assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and HR. All team members are provided with proper communication channels during onboarding and training. Moreover, supervisor sit-in sessions can be used to request support or clarification. Team members are encouraged to raise concerns and ask questions. We appreciate your time with our kiddos and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
