Pros

Coworkers were great to work with. Valuable supervision. Many opportunities for growth/advancement within the company.

Cons

Limited opportunities to collaborate with others/bounce ideas off of them. Can be isolating since there was no office that provided ample working spaces like cubicles to work at. Sometimes difficult to get full-time hours.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We continue to work on creating opportunities for our team members to meet and collaborate. This includes monthly team meetings, supervision meetings, and optional meetings/trainings with our Research & Quality Improvement department. In the last year(+), we've also worked on expanding our office spaces to best accommodate our growing team of clinicians. If you're interested in learning more about the changes we've made since you were last with us, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you, Kim Tomlinson Human Resources Manager

Pros

Nice people to work with Data collection was online through the app Paid well with biweekly paychecks You build your own caseload Up to $500 a month reimbursement

Cons

30 minutes to an hour commute to clients can't easily build caseload because clients are too far apart from eachother not easy to get 30+ hours a week all requirements upfront such as background check you are not reimbursed for.
