The company claims company-wide bonuses quarterly, that's never happened in my time with this company. They only approve one to two quarterly bonuses per year.

Cons

I’m not comfortable with organizations that appear to use staff of color for marketing purposes while failing to demonstrate genuine cultural competence in practice. It’s especially concerning when many of the individuals featured in those materials are no longer with the company.
