      the pay is decent and the training was ok

      Cons

      the hours are very inconsistent, most of th options for clients are in home so if you don’t favor going into people’s houses there wont be much work for you, the training was okay but i definently didn’t feel ready coming into it. And it can overall just be tough on pay its just not consistent

      My supervisors are incredible people and are so helpful whenever I need any guidance.

      Only reimburse mileage if you meet 80 hours/month and sometimes you have to drive a little far for clients
