fulfilling job, good pay, helpful and friendly supervisors, great clients/families

Cons

they give you cases that are far away but do not reimburse for gas unless you meet a minimum amount of hours monthly which is often hard to do with client cancellations, etc

Pros

Constantly improving practices, there's always someone to answer questions

Cons

Managing hours and caseload can be cumbersome. Student cancellations and other variables can effect monthly hours, and hence make it difficult to accrue vacation time, etc.
