Pros

I can see myself being here for a long time. The EP program is pretty new, but I find it more rewarding than non-EP because of the type of clientele we get. I love my clients, my co-workers, and my supervisors.

Cons

There are some administration kinks that the company needs to work out, but everyone in general is pretty nice and is very willing to help.

the scheduling was flexible hours.

Cons

For all the work done, the pay was too low. Also management was poor

Flexible scheduling, employer contribution or "pay in lieu" of benefits, work from home

Cons

lack of communication, constant changes in policies/company structure, poor leadership skills from management, no central office location - everyone is spread out among PA, NJ and DE - no sense of community, little to no mobility, did not provide COLA adjustments
