Pros

One of the top paying companies. You can get raises really easily by finishing courses, moving up, after being employed for a year etc.

Cons

inconsistencies among BCBAs, not enough help with supervision hours, Do not interact much with others in the company, including owners. Not a lot of day hours.

Pros

The company is full of highly motivated and compassionate professionals that are all driven to ensure the families served are receiving the best service possible. The executive team members are incredibly approachable so you feel quite comfortable knowing they are the ones running the organization. Depending on the amount of hours you work with the company the salary and benefits are very generous and even includes profit sharing for ALL employees which you don't find too often in this field. Overall my experience has been extremely positive.

Cons

Payment is made to staff on a monthly basis which can take getting use to however, the billing team offered some reasonable accommodations to get acquainted with their payment cycle. Most positions require staff to operate pretty independently (not surrounded by other team members on a daily basis). The company does however, hold monthly team meetings, host social events and is great on email/phone/social media communication to keep everyone connected.
