Pros

Dedicated team: clinical and administrative team members willing to go the "extra mile" to better support families.

Cons

Fast paced: environment is fast paced which isn't for everyone. If you're ambitious and dedicate to the mission this will be more of a draw than a con!

Pros

In this type of role you have the flexibility to make your own schedule based on how much you want to work. The behavior analysts that work for this company are wonderful and supportive. The ones I have worked with care deeply about their clients and techs and are willing to help you with training/growth. If you are interested in becoming a behavior analyst, this company supports your career progression and helps you achieve it. With the rapid growth, there are a lot of opportunities.

Cons

It might take some time to build a full caseload based on where you want to work, how far you want to drive, and the time of day that you want. It's sometimes hard to decide if you should take a case that is less convenient just so you can work or if you should hold out for something that fits better into your schedule. If you want benefits, you have to meet a minimum threshold of hours, which can be confusing/complicated at times if your client is out sick, but the staffing team is always willing to help with this. Pay schedule is monthly.
