the scheduling was flexible hours.

Cons

For all the work done, the pay was too low. Also management was poor

Flexible scheduling, employer contribution or "pay in lieu" of benefits, work from home

Cons

lack of communication, constant changes in policies/company structure, poor leadership skills from management, no central office location - everyone is spread out among PA, NJ and DE - no sense of community, little to no mobility, did not provide COLA adjustments

-high paying -great supervisors -bonus every month -training

Cons

-new policy that you are required to stay with a client for 6 months before asking for a new case. So if you’re part time, you’re stuck.
