Pros

Quick and desperate hiring process. If you're looking for a job, they're always hiring.

Cons

Opportunities are not equal across the board. No matter how successful your clinic is.

Pros

Company prides itself on being the biggest with no regard to the quality and the utter warehousing of kids. It praises Center Directors when their centers are full but has no metrics on quality control.

Cons

The ratio of therapists to bcbas is quite shockingly high. No real supervision is provided and there is toxic culture.

Pros

Great supervision from certain BCBAs

Cons

-RDOs value hours over staff well-being -terrible covid protocols -very little room to grow -waitlists for kids despite advertisements -if a client does not arrive you’re expected to clock out until your next client sometimes up to 5 hours
