Pros

working with kids, feeling like you are making a difference, autonomy in how you run your center

Cons

little to no support from regional. extremely poor communication and transfer of knowledge from corporate to center level. no investment in CA's, we are spoken to in a rude demeanor during meetings and never appreciated. minimal raises that do not even cover inflation. high attrition throughout the whole company.

Pros

-good culture, the people are nice and it's a good work environment -It's rewarding working with the children knowing you are making little impacts on them everyday -great for a high school student or someone in college who has someone else to help contribute to income

Cons

-If you get hired on full-time don't expect full-time hours this isn't something the company can promise. Clients leave, they get sick or simply do not show sometimes -The schedule is constantly changing because of this so there is no routine or rhythm you are able to get into
