Pros

Our clinical supervisor was good but she only lasted a few weeks.

Cons

I am going to school for behavior analysis and this is NOT the place I want to practice as a BCBA. Not once has there been a conversation on treatment fidelity or clinical efficacy. Managers are held to some business metrics only. Training for RBTs is completely absent after the certification.

Pros

I would give the company negative stars if I could. Favoritism is all over and managers all have their favorites. Scheduling and pay are horrific. Leadership is completely absent and spend all their time sitting in the ivory tower.

Cons

They are desperate to keep you as turnover is at a record high.
