Pros

Loved the kids and co-workers

Cons

This company only cares about making money. There's no loyalty to therapists and they don't care about your children. Working here was a nightmare. Don't do it and please don't send your kids here. I have never felt more under-appreciated and under-valued.

Pros

They hire anyone without any experience in ABA so its good to get your foot in the door. They pay for your RBT training but not your actual test.

Cons

No sick days (which is silly since working with kids will get you sick), no holiday pay, low biweekly accrual of PTO in your first year is only an hour a check, does not pay the average rate of an RBT in comparison to other ABA companies. Hours fluctuate/get cut and you will never hit 40.

Pros

The culture. The Passion. The Growth. These are all things I look for in a company because it's more than just a job. I need to feel part of something bigger, making a difference and doing it with people who are just as fired up about building something great.

Cons

We move fast so those that aren't driven or ready to level up, will have a hard time keeping up with the pace and high standards.
