Pros

- Get ABA experience - Work with great kids and parents -RBT certification

Cons

- Pay is very low - Favoritism - Management can be unfair - Expensive benefits - Crappy vacation/time off structure - Not enough time to do admin work - Company keeps going downhill - Not much room to move up - You will feel unappreciated - Every center varies but not worth working here, look elsewhere

Pros

Working with people who are passionate about improving the lives of children on the autism spectrum.

Cons

The pay is possibly the lowest in the state for an RBT. They will train and certify you, but you will only start out at $12 an hour. When you get your certification you get a $1/hour raise. Also, not all centers are the same. Your experience really depends on your managers and the culture of your center.

Pros

Opportunities for professional growth, open communication with supervisors, ongoing training, collaborating with a team genuinely focused on improving the lives of clients on the autism spectrum

Cons

I haven’t encountered any issues at the company that I have been unable to discuss and resolve with my supervisors.
