Kids are amazing and theme days are the best.

Cons

The pay was minimal, advancing was difficult, and I could see that there were politics within the company at play.

Great place to obtain supervision towards your BCBA

Cons

1. Poor pay for all staff 2. Lack of communication 3. Over worked 4. Offered a bonus but they make it impossible to reach. 5. Over fills center despite covid or capacity 6. Continues to build centers when some aren't full now 7. No staff incentives (holiday bonus) 8. No maternity leave 9. No stability (BCBAs/staff in and out of centers and the kiddos always have multiple clinical changes) 10. Do not actually up hold the values and longevity of employment means nothing
