The RBTs and clients made this worth it BCBAs were awesome at this location

Cons

Did the job of a CA and Clinical Operations Manager but didn't get compensated as such Made “examples” out of their employees Expected to perform without necessary information or tools Corporate management comes in and leadership ends up fired (BCBAs, CAs, COMs) Any suggested solutions made by those in center gets “heard” never reconsidered or acted upon after HR is no help and never investigated several claims by RBTs about the same person BCBAs had a caseload of 10 or more full time patients RBTs sometimes had to juggle 1:5 patient ratios

The work itself was amazing, I loved being able to help the kids. Also great coworkers.

The management was terrible, they didn't care about their employees.
