      Pros

      Incredibly friendly people to work with. The lab (over 100+ people) is very cohesive and I can always rely on my coworkers if I'm ever in a bind. The work itself is interesting. I worked on various product development projects and it is exciting project goals being met. Also being able to see products improve is a satisfying feeling.

      Cons

      Workload can be strenuous at times. Deadlines can cause you to stress, so being organized is key to being successful.

      Pros

      Very profitable company with bonus system in place. High quality product. Many employees have been in place for over 30 years. Very proud to go to work every day.

      Cons

      Manufacturing is very lean by design. More money is spent trying to make it leaner than what could ever be saved. Celebrate the inherent design. Cameras were installed in the manufacturing areas and a very tense atmosphere in the manufacturing facilities.
