Good place to have a job. Customers are great. Most employees have a good attitude.

Cons

Management team allows a hostile work environment. Any complaint of bullying just falls on deaf ears. People quit almost as soon as they are hired because of it. And bless you if you can take the heat from bullying employees that think they are in charge, but are intimidated by someone's customer service skills or experience...
