Pros

Business is very steady, and there are opportunities to make sales. The higher end stores can be very nice places to shop, and therefore, bring in nicer clientele with which to interact.

Cons

A heavy emphasis on the bottom line instead of customer service. This means you have less opportunity to build a relationship with customers. A push for more Part-time associates than full-time feels like they would rather save money on employment than hire people willing to put the customer first.

Not bad, but not great

Pros

Very professional atmosphere and the managers were good people.

Cons

The pay is pretty sub-par, and the expectations of sales are a little far-fetched.
