good atmosphere and good coworkers

Cons

system of coupons seems remedial and customers aren't required to bring in their own coupons, associates asked to keep at wrap stand.

Good management. Room for growth if you're good.

Cons

Facilities for employees. Break rooms are filthy and dingy. No water or good coffee. Creamer doesn't cut it and blaring TV. Same with bathrooms. Offer no filtered water. No one stocks napkins, handsoap etc. remodeled store but left employee facilities more than dumpy with no amenities or comfort or cleanliness.
