Enjoyed working with my coworkers. We created a family environment in our section of the store

Cons

Favoritism, and being passed up to be promoted because they asked first. The employee was there for less than a month and I was passed up prior and told that I would definitely have the next opportunity.

Was always guaranteed to get hours and there was room in the makeup section to climb the ladder for more pay opportunities which was nice and I did always feel safe and like I had someone to talk to if I did have any issues at work.

Cons

Management seemed to always be an issue whether it be they didnt know how or they didnt know what they were doing, and then because they're always hiring people would constantly call out and if youre stuck there when everyone calls out youre just expected to stay late and finish up a bunch of work by yourself.
