Great company to get a good start on a career in retail management. Weather its in the visual department or as a manager in a department or operations. They coach very well here.

Cons

Long hours!! Mainly starting in October through January. Of course its considered holiday time but its a lot. A lot falls onto the managers to get floor moves, markdowns, sale sets etc. done. There is a black out time for vacations as well during October through December. Then on inventory times and special sales. Be prepared.

Most of the other sales associates are nice to work with, and I got good hours. Most of the customers were nice.

Cons

The focus on credit, customer surveys, and item locater orders was a bit much. No room for advancement. Schedules were not made two weeks in advance. Micromanaged by supervisors.
