There were good employee discounts, and often brunches and other events where employees got to socialize and eat.

Cons

There's not much room for advancement, unless you apply for management. There is a lot of multitasking due to downsizing, and consolidating formerly separate roles (price-setting, resetting, fitting room cleaning, etc.)
