      Pros

      Lots of movement to grow and be promoted from within. Focusing on employee work/life balance-great flexing options.

      Cons

      Training is required when you start and training classes are all laid out, however the sequence is usually not in line with how you need the information relating to the needs of your position.

      Pros

      Able to do your own thing and have a good deal of freedom. Direct supervisor does have great knowledge on the job. The discount is fairly good. It does 'double' at various times through the year.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great considering all that you're required to do. You have no opportunity to earn extra money that floor associates do. There are NO 'contests' that include loss prevention so again no chance to earn extra money and anything.
