Pros
Employee discounts make this a great job. There is also quality feedback available for your work performance if you have a good manager who cares about you.
Cons
No room for advancement for sales associates. Many associates have been told they could go into a manager training but then were never offered advancement. They usually just transfer managers in from another store. You will be required to work on holidays and inventory or you will be terminated.
