      Company believes in great customer service. Belk support employees schedules who are in school.

      They have good employee discounts and flexible hours.

      Cons

      If you have a lot of experience you don't want to work here because they don't care about your opinions. Be a robot and do exactly what your told and you should be fine. Everyone works on Thanksgiving even if your position doesn't warrant it. My store was usually short staffed because of frequent turn over. No one really cared for the manager at the store.
