      Lots of work with no recognition

      Pros

      20% discount most coworkers are nice pays more than minimum wage

      Cons

      no recognition by management as a full time associate you have to open two credit accounts a week- if you don't you are hounded and made to feel worthless the stores tend to be dirty, a lot of times there is no soap in the employee wash room and the floors are never cleaned not much flexibility on schedules, you pretty much will have no life
