      make good friends.....misery loves omapny

      unbelievable decline in work ethics to the point of discrimination in "discipline" horrible communication inept young inexperienced managers/ prejudicial upper management with ethinic division by race.. working conditions unacceptable with heat and A/ issues. One would have to be desperate to work here.

      Pros

      Flexible Scheduling. Anytime I have absolutely needed off, I have been able to have off. The hours I work are nice.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. The Operations Team carries out all the functions in the store. The managers call us to do things that the associates in the departments can do, we end up getting backed up on our list of tasks to complete. There are 5 people on the team to clean, set sales, do markdowns, process/receive trucks, transfers, ect.
