Pros
employee discount, Flex days during the summer, flexibility of schedule, company supports a lot of charities, is in process of implementing work from home but management is already finding excuses for certain associates to not be able to participate.
Cons
yearly raises are a joke and that is if you get one. you no longer get a raise for doing your job, it now is having to go above and beyond for your supervisor to be able to justify giving you a raise. No advancement available for associates without 4yr degree but has years of service with the company.
