Pros

Good salary, great learning/career experience. Depending on your group, you are usually with good people who want to further your career instead of holding you back. Company is making alot of innovative progress compared to years past when they were stuck in a southern, family run mindset and afraid to change.

Cons

Little cross functional communication. Some execs were not open minded. Alot of expectations that are not always properly rewarded.

Associates are really nice, and there are opportunities for advancement.

Holiday hours are hectic... told me I wouldn't work weekends, sometimes they have you work on weekends. shift is at 6am, so you have to get up really early.

management is not the best, no set schedule and hours for full time are rarely a full 40 for full time, and holidays are hard if you have a family. pay increases are once a year, unfairness and drama between coworkers about sales. tardy and absent policies, opportunity for advancement is rare because management does not leave,
