      loving the holidays and seeing the customers faces after I finish with there gift to see them satisfied.

      Pros

      they listen to employees and have programs in place for them to voice ideas that are actually implemented. discount is the best i have ever seen.

      Cons

      falling into the big box retail trap. cutting payroll to save money but at the same time, rolling out new programs every day to try to boost sales. no help on the floor, leaving upset customers and sales manager having to work 50-60 hours to pick up the slack only to barely stay a float.
