      Very family oriented owners and Business. Owners are very sensitive to the needs of their employees.

      Pros

      Co-workers. The 20% discount is decent, but not enough. I'm really at a loss for words in this "pro" section.

      Pay is almost minimum and never goes up, considering the work load per person is way too much.

      Pros

      I loved my Gifts to Go Coordinator job there. I merchandised a lot for the Home Store, and really enjoyed being around beautiful things. When I started there, you could tell the Visual team really spent a lot of time making things look beautiful, to achieve a 'destination' shopping experience, designed to make you linger.

      Cons

      Management changed and we had to survive a store manager that was incredibly manipulative, and amazingly disrespectful to his employees and their time. The already 'cult' feel (you better be happy here) became even more manic, which wouldn't have seemed possible before-hand. Store 'visits' by upper management sent managers into an absolute frenzy.
