Pros
great opportunity for retail experience while in college. if you are a person who does not mind sales are the only thing that matters culture you would like it. co-workers are great i have made friends here for a lifetime.
Cons
managers are dishonest and everything that seamed to be good about company goes away when you realize what type of people you are working for. be prepared for the most short notice change in schedules and very little chance of a raise with no advancement. many people worked here for years like 7 & 8 years and are good workers who seem to be stuck in a position because of no advancement.
