Pros
Hours can increase quickly, with much advanced requested time off -it is granted, do not need assistance in overrides, pretty busy/consistent loyal customers, if you like retail it's absolutely for you. Good about working around school schedules (college)
Cons
Hours can dwindle easily, customers take advantage of reward points and end up returning a lot of merchandise, not meeting monthly sales demands are detrimental to hourly wages (stupid). i work part-time but get full time hours because i was told at hire that there could be no more full time hires. i go from 19 to 41 hours in a week _ paycheck equals gas money.
