      Pros

      Benefits were great! Internal business partners were professional and intelligent and great to work with. I loved my job! Flexible schedule. Discounts!

      Cons

      No work life balance. Horrible management in my department. Expectations were unrealistic. Location is not ideal. No overtime allowed for hourly employees.

      The pay was decent when they were Parisian!

      Cons

      They have cut pay &hours. They sell crap! The quality is not the same and they allow veteran employees to mistreat other employees.

      Pros

      Other associates & the regular customers you establish relationship and the generous employee discount & shopping days

      Cons

      You can only cut hours so much, at some point both presentation standards & customer service suffer. Can't expect 3 associates to cover entire huge sections of a store with 15 registers in multiple depts, 10 fitting room complexes and do everything else. "Unrealistic"
