      Great discount, benefit and vacation!

      Cons

      The Operations Team is under trained. Managers are over worked and under appreciated. Scheduling system is computer generated and can't be edited. Has no idea of how to properly staff an area. Associates have too much square footage to cover and customers walk forever before they can find help. Signage system stinks because the correct signs are sometimes not available to set the sale. The bonus buys are not exciting and do not draw customers in. Supplies are frequently unavailable. The checkout system is antiquated. Item locator is crammed down your throat but you are still held accountable for making your sales goal. Doesn't make sense.

      Wonderful Co-workers and employee discount.

      Cons

      There is little or no room for growth. Many associates work hard; going above and beyond their required duties often without recognition or fair compensation. Inconsistent expectations. Management appears to pick and choose which rules to enforce.Management does not care about associate well-being.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Working from home and alternative work schedules can be arranged with you manager. Good set of benefits.

      Cons

      No lights-on organization. Project teams have to support apps in production while working on new projects. Leadership lacks focus and roadmap forward. Reactionary environment with constant fire drills. No difference in job responsibilities between career bands, a senior position's responsibilities don't differ from an analyst position. Promotions are not reflective of performance and there is no transparency in the review process.
