Pros
Coworkers are amazing and I am very skilled at my trade I love my area manger she honestly cares about the employees (store manager not very personable although the store manager is newer)
Cons
The schedule is ridiculeous how hard is it to fix the schedule to give everyone at least one weekend off. I have had no weekends off ever even the weeks I am only scheduled 15 hrs i still work that Fri Sat and Sun shift's honestly my schedule one week was Sunday 1230-6 Mon 1:15-9 off Tues - Friday work Sat 12:45- 9:30 which isn't so bad unless you have kids in school and would like to hang with them on a Sat or bills that you have to pay. Have been promised multiple times for full time it has been over a yr still part time (I have met AL my sales goal, ipt goals , credit goals, and clientale goals infact i have been awarded many certificates. Rumors flying around about store closing no one Knows
