Pros

Employee Discounts Depending on which department you work in, hours can be flexible Good co-workers (some) Nice managers (some)

Cons

Too many inexperienced managers. You have to watch what you say around certain people, managers included because they will run back and tell it. Feels more like you're in a high school environment, lots of taddle tales and firing people for no reason. Not enough diversity in the store. One race running the entire store and I don't think its right. Getting rid of all of the AA people for no reason. None are in management. And will never be, not with the type of management in place now.

Frustrating and stressful job

Pros

Flexibility, great job for college or high school students. Other than that, everything else is pretty much a con.

Cons

Your hours get cut massively! No matter how much you complain, they will not change that. Not a good job to have if you have a lot of responsibilities with bills. You work hard for nothing. They never appreciate your hard work, they'll rather focus on credits. Lastly, there are SOME disgusting customers who would we the dressing room as a bathroom.

Pros

Learned a lot about how to overcome obstacles because their are many. There are plenty of hours for full time cosmetic associates. Uniforms are provided. Associate discount is generous.

Cons

Very difficult to get things done. Old registers and technology makes it difficult to clientele and get item locator sales. Have to use your personal cell phone on the job to look up information constantly and the company has no reimbursement program for this. Too much work load and never enough staff when needed.
